oh, hi!
I’m Carly. I’m a graphic designer, calligrapher, artist, and a whole host of other things, but I’m also a distance runner, a homeschooling mama of my 4 favorite kiddos, and partner to my very best friend.
As long as I can remember, I’ve loved the smell of fresh paper and crayons, and was obsessed with various art supplies. I used to look at the detail of the seasonally-painted windows as I held my mom’s hand entering the grocery store, wondering how I could possibly get THAT job.
Creativity is in my blood, and despite the many other interests and passions that have come along, I feel most at home when my hands are covered in some kind of messy medium as I watch a work of art come to life before my eyes.
As a deep empath, I have strong feelings about communication and relationships, so working in weddings, stationery, and products intended to be gifted and/or shared is the perfect space. I love my job, my clients, and the capacity to make my life and the lives of those around me more beautiful. I’m happy you found me, my friend.
my why
I take my faith, family, health, and my job very seriously, but the best part of my life requires the tiny (or not so tiny?) humans I made and the man who created them with me.
I whole-heartedly believe in personal development, but often work on it post-run, whilst (still) wearing lululemon clothing and eating potato chips (in fact, if coconut oil potato chips can't be found in heaven, is it really considered heaven?).
