Ok, I get it. "Somatic Movement" or similar phrases are a total buzzword right now.

But there's a reason for it.

"Somatic Movement" is literally just moving your body. "Soma" refers to your body, and any movement is going to be beneficial to move the fluids, strengthen muscles, create bone health, etc.
