Refund policy
Returns
Items are considered final sale, but in the case of a damaged or malfunctioning item, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including (but not limited to)
- Custom or personalized items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including (but not limited to)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that the item is in our possession and notify you of the next steps.
If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Sale items
Discounted items are final sale.
Exchanges
Items are eligible for exchange only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to carly@carlyallred.com and mail your item to: 4301 NW Commons Dr, Pasco WA 99301, United States.
Additional Information
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
