40 Days of Sacred Accountability Virtual Challenge

This purchase is not a physical product, but will include a link to sign up for emails that will come automagically into your email every day. It also includes a digital form for you to print out and fill out on your own time. A daily email series will guide you each day with encouragement, prompts, and opportunities for reflection. You will choose up to 6 items to focus on for 40 days (choose just one if you'd like, or opt to learn more things about yourself if you commit to 6!).

I recommend you spend a bit of time thinking through what it is you hope to accomplish with this next 40 days so that you can be really clear on how you want to structure it. 

For instance: Let's say you choose "work out" as one of your habits. Great! Just make sure you are clear on what it means to "work out." Does a gentle walk count on a busy day? Does a gentle stretching session count? Perfect. Just make sure you know what you mean by "work out." Make sense?

There's no "wrong" way to do this. It's all just for YOU. On your own terms, with your own goals and desires. I'm just here to help you stay on task.
