Listen, I know it will be a school night/work night, whatever.

But hear me out:

It's gonna be a new moon.

It's gonna be dark. Autumn.

There are stars. Breathwork. Sound bath. Meditation.

FLOATING ON THE WATER.

And then: sisterhood, campfire, some snacks, and friendship-making.

A little bit "fancy nap," a little bit community, a little inner-child healing, a whole lotta goodness.

Long story short: it's gonna be so worth it!! 

Embrace the spooky season with a playfully witchy breathwork and sound bath experience featuring a yoga flow led by Kiya Jackson, followed by a powerful somatic breathwork release led by Yours Truly (hi, it me 👋🏼). The breathwork will end with a gentle meditation, and a mesmerizing sound bath. Perfect for girls night, unwinding, connecting, and getting in touch with your magical side!

The Deets: 

  • Tuesday, October 21 from 6-9pm (oh, hey, New Moon!!)
  • Kennewick, WA (exact address will be sent to attendees a few days prior to the event)
  • Things to know:
    • This event is prob best for people 16+ 
    • Accessibility for those with difficulty on stairs may be tricky--please reach out if you have questions and we can see how we can best accommodate you!
    • Only those with rented floats will be allowed in the pool. Floats provided have rimmed edges to help keep you dry and tucked in with any pillows and blankets (not provided) so you can float/breathe in peace
    • We will have healthy snacky-snacks and warm drinks (including allergy-friendly options for sure! If you have specific needs, please reach out and I'll do my best to curate accordingly)
    • This event will begin at dusk and will be dark when we are done. Both the sun AND the moon set just before we begin, so get ready to see some starlight (and also pray for amazing weather so we can keep it outside!)
    • Wear comfy clothing that you can yoga in, and extra layers so stay cozy during the breathwork (you'll be lying on a mat outdoors in late October, so please pay attention to the weather/temperature as it gets closer and dress and pack accordingly)
    • Recommended extras to bring
      • a journal and pen
      • water bottle
      • chapstick (sometimes breathwork can make your lips dry)
      • tissues
      • yoga mat or pad (unless you opt for the floatie!)
      • blankets/pillows to make you comfy and cozy

NOTE: Please arrive 10 minutes early to make sure you can get set up in time for us to start promptly at 6pm. There are no refunds for this event, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. 

NOTE 2: There will likely be a professional photographer at the event. We will have waivers to sign
