Sound Bath + Human Design at Sage Brewing

Rest, restore, heal, recalibrate  

NOTE: this purchase is not for a physical item, but entry to a 60-minute sound bath and/or human design reading at Sage Brewing in Pasco, WA. Upon purchase, you’ll receive a downloadable PDF with info on what you’ll need and reminders for the session, but no item will be mailed to you. 

This in-person event will take you on a journey of relaxation and healing through the power of breath and healing sound. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork and sound healing facilitator, I will create a space for you to relax and restore calm in your mind and body through the use of different sound tools and instruments including crystal bowls, brass gongs, and various other instruments, designed to create a scene of peace and healing. 

No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in. 

Optional Human Design readings available in 20-minute increments after the sound bath. To ensure a spot, purchase in advance. 

A Human Design reading is a personalized session analyzing your birth chart (you'll need your birth date, time, and location for an accurate reading) to give you insights about ways to navigate your life and decisions from your unique make up. These short readings usually cover your Type, Strategy, Authority, and Profile, and if time allows, a little more. You'll leave with a digital version of your chart for further reading, and an option to get a full 60 minute read at a discounted rate in the future. 

As with all things of this sort, obviously take what serves and leave what doesn't, but my clients are always baffled at how useful this is in their own inner dialog and within relationships.

A sound bath would look a little something like this:

• getting comfy
• listening to various sounds and healing instruments as you rest and meditate
• feeling some feels
  
• maybe taking a bit of a nap
• time and space to just "be"
• room to journal about what came up for you
• a new, refreshed take on the moment
• guidance on integration going forward

Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.

There is no "right" way to experience a sound bath, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.

Recommended items to bring if desired:

• eye mask for extra room-darkening (or purchase one here and I’ll have it ready for you)
• pillow
• blanket
• yoga mat or other cushion (note: we will be on a hard floor in the brewery, please bring what will help you feel most comfortable as no additional props will be on-hand)

** Event is located at: Sage Brewing Company, 8425 Chapel Hill Blvd, Suite B102, Pasco. Sound bath begins promptly at 10:30. Sage Brewing opens to the public at noon, when the human design readings will begin. 

** NOTE: please arrive at least 10 minutes early as session begins promptly on time and late arrivals may forfeit their space. **
