Due to licensing restrictions, this video does not include music in the background. If you desire to have gentle meditation music playing at the same time, it is recommended, but not required for full effect. If you do not have a preferred playlist, I recommend you search your favorite streaming service for a "meditation playlist" or "nature sounds for meditation" or something else that can support your relaxation.
