let's talk about breathwork

Breathwork is literally just paying attention to your breath.

Maybe it looks like recognizing your current breath pattern.

Maybe it looks like taking a few intentional breaths to regulate your nerves.

Maybe it looks like a guided session intended to shake some crap loose.

regardless...it's intentional.

and a little bit magic.

here's the thing:

We all want to feel better, more relaxed, more healthy, whatever. But to get there, sometimes we have to dig deep into the depths of WHY we are in the state we are, and it isn't always obvious to us. Breathwork can help regulate your nervous system and release pain, aches, stuck energy, trauma, and allow you to move forward in your life with more peace and fulfillment.

Studies show that breathwork can help bring clarity and understanding that many have only been able to achieve with medication or psychedelic drugs, but in a completely safe environment and without any substances.

For most people it is incredibly safe and beneficial, and your experience is completely within your control.

a Wild Raven Breathwork session would look a little something like this:

  • gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind
  • getting comfy
  • listening to music whilst I talk to you
  • following a pattern of breathing that I'll walk you through
  • feeling some feels
  • a short, relaxing, guided meditation
  • time and space to just "be."
  • room to journal about what came up for you
  • a new, refreshed take on the moment
  • guidance on integration going forward

sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.

there is no "right" way to experience a session, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.
