What is EMERGE?
EMERGE is an 8-week virtual group coaching course intended to help you feel confident and empowered through reclaiming your personal choices.
Based on the archetype of the biblical Eve, EMERGE is an opportunity to help you learn more about the origins of cultural undercurrents that can feel stifling, in order to flip them in a way that builds positive momentum in your life.
To put it simply: EMERGE empowers you to regain and retain control of your own choices from a place of full accountability and peace.
What religious framing is used in EMERGE?
There is no religion tied to EMERGE.
I (Carly) was raised within Christianity as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and it's truth claims, but the Biblical Eve as an archetype? She transcends religion. Though I imagine conversations surrounding religion will come up, there is no requirement that you be part of or removed from any religion to join—that's part of the point: to have diverse viewpoints gathered together for us all to learn from.
Many cultures draw from the creation narrative found within the Hebrew Bible, Christianity included, but it is not exclusive to any one religious sect.
In my studies, I have found that most women in patriarchal religion or society can trace roots of disempowerment or misogyny back to what they were taught about the character of Eve.
In EMERGE, we revisit what culture and religion have taught, look at the story of Eve from several angles and lenses, and feel in to the possibilities (both positive and negative) of our understanding of this iconic figure.
Regardless of your religion of origin (or lack thereof), there is something to be gained from better understanding this story.
What topics will we cover?
Great question!
A lot of what we specifically discuss will be curated specifically to the needs of the group at the time of the call, but I plan to discuss:
- Creating safety for questions
- Discernment and choice
- Individuality/Individuation and embodiment
- Authority and integration
Within these categories, the possibilities are vast, but many women I find needing help
- choosing themselves when needed/wanted
- navigating mixed-faith marriages and family relationships
- finding spirituality after leaving religion
- wanting to stay religious without the harm
- learning how to calm your nervous system when you feel disempowered
- finding ways to choose
- and so much more.
Each woman in this group will have many opportunities to learn together and individually to move in the way her life needs.
When do we start, and how long is the course?
We will meet once a week for 8 weeks, each call lasting between 1-2 hours.
Our first call will be at the beginning of March, and participants will be notified in advance.
No stress if you can't stay on the whole call, or if you have to miss one live, as they'll all be recorded and available for you afterward.
During the 8 weeks, there will be weekly challenges to help you deepen your learning, and at the end of our scheduled time together, those planning to attend the Adventure Retreat will have a different Telegram chat to coordinate travel plans and details through. Our original Telegram thread will be deactivated (though not deleted) a few weeks following the container closing. When that occurs, you will be unable to post more, but you will be able to search prior posts for information.
How long do I have access to the content?
Indefinitely, or as long as I'm able to keep it hosted.
I would recommend downloading all handouts, etc. so you have access to them as needed in the future.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely I do!

What can we expect for the Adventure Retreat July 9-12?
Our itinerary will be released closer to the date of the retreat from within the Telegram group of those attending.
That being said, the trip is centered around bucket list-worthy hike to the iconic turquoise waters of Colchuck Lake, nestled within the Enchantment Mountains outside of where we will stay in Leavenworth, Washington (all photos shown on this page are unedited iPhone photos taken from the Enchantments trail, where Colchuck Lake sits--it's worth it).
More to come on this, but the trail to Colchuck is approximately 9 miles of moderately strenuous hiking with the option to swim in the natural lake's turquoise glacier water with me if you choose.
The final size of the group may determine some of the other adventure activities, so more to come on that front. However, there will be options for yoga, breathwork, sound bath, and plenty of down time to rest or explore the Bavarian Village of Leavenworth! If you've never been to Leavenworth, do a quick internet search to see all the fun options. It will not disappoint.
Simple breakfast foods will be provided (fruit, muffins, juice, etc), and dinner on all 3 nights. Lunch will be on your own, with plenty of space for extra food to store in the kitchen if needed.
Some options of possible activities include an alpine slide, ropes course, river rafting, hot springs, or more. All additional options will be discussed with the final group.
What's the difference between EMERGE and the Adventure Retreat? Can I do just one of them?
You sure can choose to join for only one of the options, but if you can swing it to do both, I recommend it!
There's something incredibly powerful about circling with a group of women, cheering each other on, and witnessing each other in our vulnerability.
There's also something healing and awakening about being in a new space, breathing new air, and touching nature.
EMERGE is the name of the 8-week virtual group coaching container. The Adventure retreat is an in-person gathering in Leavenworth, Washington, scheduled for July 9-12.
You are welcome to pay separately for the retreat if you're still deciding.
Should you choose to add on the retreat later, please remember there is very limited space for this particular adventure. if you are reading this before the slots are full, please know that only 10 women will be able to join us.
If you are on the fence, allow yourself to ride the wave of emotion or to check in with your initial gut sensation. Is it a yes or a no? Only you can decide, but once you choose to join us, the more you lean in, the more you'll get out of the experience!

Can I come on the retreat if I have food or health concerns?
Not a stress!
I will be sending out a form to all Adventure Retreat participants to get a handle on what the dietary or health needs are. We will adjust accordingly.
Obviously, participants who choose to join us on the hike (and I hope you do!) need to be aware that the hike is strenuous, and involves a 4+ mile uphill climb and returning downhill the same distance.
I ask all participants that they be upfront and honest with us as to their current and past health status that may affect their experience.
How do I get to the Adventure Retreat? I'm ready to book!
We will arrive in Leavenworth in the evening of July 9, and check out after breakfast on Sunday, July 12.
If you need to arrive later or leave early, please reach out so I can prepare accordingly. You are welcome to arrive in Leavenworth earlier or stay later, but anything outside of our scheduled time is up to you for any needs.
Should you choose to fly, the easiest airports are SEA (Seattle/Tacoma) and PSC (Pasco). Both require a couple hour drive to Leavenworth.
The Airbnb we will be staying in is within Leavenworth proper, but parking is extremely limited, and you may be required to pay for parking offsite. Carpooling is a highly encouraged.
All shared flight details and carpooling needs can be arranged within the Telegram chat as we get closer.
Can I have a private room on the Adventure Retreat?
That depends on our final guest count. If there is enough space to secure a private room, it may be available for an additional cost.
For now, plan on sharing a bunk bed, or splitting a queen or king-sized bed.
Pro-tip: Bring a friend you don't mind sharing space with. Nothing beats a good girls' trip!
