LOGISTICS:
8-week container, circling virtually once each week (calls will be recorded if you can't make it live) for a minimum of 60 minutes each week.
During the calls, we will have discussion, learn a practical skill to learn to be more present in our physical body, Q&A, and challenges to deepen your learning between calls.
Calls will be through Zoom, and access to the recording will be provided soon following each call. Time and date of each call to be determined, starting the first week of March, 2026.
